Asst. Prof. Dr. Simona Serafimovska

Simona Serafimovska earned her PhD in Philological Sciences in 2024, specializing in English Language and Literature. She serves as an Assistant Professor in English Studies and English Language Teaching Methodology at the Faculty of Philology, Goce Delchev University in Štip. She won third place at the XV International Contest of Research, Practice-oriented and Creative Projects in English, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and Ural State Pedagogical University, with a study derived from her MA thesis. Dr. Serafimovska was a visiting scholar at University of Vienna, Department of English and American Studies, where she conducted doctoral research, and completed an academic visit to Royal Holloway, University of London. She has authored over thirty publications and participated in numerous national and European projects. Her research focuses on the application of modern technologies in English language teaching.
