Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hakan Altınpulluk

Hakan Altınpulluk, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Sciences at Anadolu University, Türkiye. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technology from Anadolu University and completed his PhD at the Institute of Social Sciences of the same university. His research focuses on open and distance learning, educational technologies, and the integration of emerging technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence in education. He has authored more than 100 academic publications including journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers. Dr. Altınpulluk actively contributes to international research projects, academic conferences, and scholarly journals as a reviewer and editor. His recent work explores AI literacy, digital learning environments, and innovative instructional design approaches for lifelong learning.
