PhD Candidate in the National Doctorate ‘Leadership, Empowerment, and Digital Innovation in Education and Learning’ at the University of Genoa (Italy). She is a pedagogist and clinical pedagogist for the multiprofessional association ‘ANGLAD’. She collaborates with the UniGe Teaching & Learning Centre (UTLC). She is a member of the Genoa research unit Philosophy, Psychology and Learning of the Interuniversity Research Center 'Laboratory of Group Analysis and Epistemology' – ‘CIRLaGE’. She is also a member of the Pedagogical Steering Group of ‘Ulysseus’ ('the European University for the Citizens of the Future') for UniGe. Her research interests mainly focus on Faculty Development and its evaluation of impact and effectiveness, Teaching Innovation, Pedagogy, and Clinical Pedagogy, also in their interdisciplinary relations.
