Ms. Dilek Bilgin

Dilek Bilgin is a primary school teacher in Türkiye with over 16 years of experience at the Ministry of National Education. She is also a PhD candidate in Curriculum and Instruction at Ankara University. She is developing a practice-based professional development program that incorporates teachers’ classroom experiences into the process. Her work addresses teaching and learning processes, with a focus on formative assessment, classroom practices, and teachers’ professional development, particularly at the primary level. Her research aims to bridge theory and practice and enhance the quality of teaching and learning processes.
