Ms. Ibane Kapelastegi-Osoro

Ibane Kapelastegi-Osoro is a PhD student in the Educational Innovation and Intervention program at Mondragon Unibertsitatea in Eskoriatza, Spain. Her doctoral research is supported by a predoctoral fellowship from the Basque Government, currently in its third year. She works as a lecturer in the Faculty of Humanities and Education and is a member of the IKERHEZI Research Group on Educational Innovation, which is also funded by the Basque Government (IT_1664-22). Her research focuses on improving teaching and learning processes in schools, with a particular interest in co-teaching and assessment practices. Through her work, she supports teachers in developing innovative approaches that strengthen student learning and promote reflective professional practice.
