Ms. Zainab Al Balushi

Zainab Al Balushi is an Assistant Lecturer at the Center for Preparatory Studies, Sultan Qaboos University. She holds an MA from University of Warwick, UK in Teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP). She has been in the ELT field for 25 years, teaching and researching. She is currently the HOD of English for Humanities at the CPS, SQU. She has presented her research findings at several conferences locally and abroad. Her research interests include Student autonomy, teacher autonomy and evaluation, social responsibility, and motivational strategies.
